I was sent a confirmation code the day before we arrived at the hotel with that same price on Sunday, July 16. When I went to the Little Creek app to book it offered me a reward after I signed in with my player’s card so I clicked on it and my final price was 107. I have stayed there multiple times and we enjoying the spot and I’ve never had issues before. JI booked my hotel room two months in advance. We booked the spa and we have a group of friends that go golfing. The sad part is we actually enjoy the hotel and used it quite a bit in the past. Eventually, they just said we will transfer you back to the hotel and if you want to pay the full price, then you can stay. I talk to the hotel and the players club. Even though the hotel sends a confirmation. After being burnt before, I called the hotel to double check and they once again couldn’t confirm what was on their own website and wouldn’t honor it. It gave me the confirmation that the date I chose was zero dollars. I went through and clicked book now, and it had an offer promotion offer I clicked on and it gave me a promotional code and this is after I put in my player’s club number, so it was a code associated with my player’s club number. I even confirmed that is their true website. October 23, 2023- This is the second time that I have went to book a room on the casino website, and it has turned out bad.
